While traditional sailing is as popular as always, yacht hiring is very logically gaining ground with an ever increasing market. While sailing has become a too expensive sport for some, it continues to attract new clients. There are many yachting enthusiasts keen to and capable of appreciating the sea on long-distance voyages, very often in the Tropics who have the means to pay for their "sailing holidays" but often lack the time necessary for utilising their own yacht and maintaining it throughout the year.
