Most multiyachts are the stuff of dreams, and very few of them are conceived with economics in mind. The Xpagoda has been precisely designed to satisfy the needs of a wealthy private owner, as well as ensuring profitability for someone looking to operate a small fleet of 4 or 5 multiyachts.
In fact, the Xpagoda clearly stands out from the usual production: this large 195-foot (59 m) aluminum catamaran features a novel pillar-structure that lends itself to some original layouts - in part inspired by grand cruise ships – notably, the overhanging decks, reminiscent of pagodas, that create a canopy effect over the large panoramic openings. One of the plusses here is that this improves visibility and reduces energy requirements for air-conditioning, not to mention the frequency with which the crew has to clean the windows. The interior design materials chosen are noble woods and top-quality cotton and linen.
