World ARC

It’s also a rally around the world, whose 2016 – 2017 edition has just finished in St. Lucia. After 26,000 miles, 3 oceans and 17 countries visited, the World ARC fleet has therefore sailed round the world in just 15 months. Finally, just 23 of the crews taking part in this sixth edition circumnavigated in this very short time; the other participants didn’t hesitate to stop on the way, and will continue the route the next year with the rally.  There were 44 different boats, 26 nationalities and over 300 people in this edition.

The 2017 World ARC has already set off, with 26 boats, from St. Lucia, and the edition leaving in January 2018 is an unprecedented success, with 40 boats registered already.
