A First All-electric Multiyacht

Turkish shipyard VisionF Yachts is already well known for its aluminum multihulls, but it has reached a first milestone with the launch of the VisionF 80, this time made of carbon. This new model is also the first all-electric powercat designed by the yard.

This large 80-foot catamaran is powered by two powerful Danfoss motors rated at 180 kW each, while the electrical power is provided by 54 solar panels totaling 21.6 kWp. Two 150 kW generators are installed in case of need. The builder offers custom layouts and finishes, to suit the owner's wishes.
