Itacatamarans had originally announced the release of their latest model for this April - the ITA 15.49 was due to have been presented at the International Multihull Show. In the end, the 15.49 splashed on July 3rd and that means we’ll be able to discover it at Cannes.
The new catamaran is based on the platform of the 14.99, as the beam is identical, and the interior is the same. On the other hand, it features a taller coachroof, extended sugarscoops and much larger hull windows. The builder promises a neat construction in glass/epoxy sandwich with carbon reinforcements and a high technological level for the onboard systems and the drivetrain.
