Following the Echo Yacht 115, Marc Pajot s announcing a new 88-foot hybrid sail/diesel-electric catamaran to be built in partnership with the Italian shipyard Wider.
The demanding specifications impose a very safe seakeeping for long transoceanic passage-making (5 feet/1.55 m of bridgedeck clearance) while allowing access to some of the most confidential waters (lifting daggerboards), a minimum of CO2 emissions and of course a very high level of comfort and luxury.
The ultra-modern design employs durable and solid construction materials such as aluminum and carbon and features a boomless rig, 540 square feet (50 m²) of solar panels and a new generation electric drivetrain offering a 30-mile range.
The interior design, conceived in collaboration with Centro Stile Wider, features different layouts - in custom finish - designed to the wishes of the future owner.
