Peter Granholm (1966-2018) was one of the founders of the boatbuilder OQS, and above all, a real boating enthusiast.

Born in Finland, in a region where some of the most famous monohull builders are to be found, he always sailed. In the 80s, Peter, already an enthusiast, started to shape his own windsurf boards, whilst dreaming of one day building real high-performance yachts. In 2010 his dream was to become reality, with the creation of OQS (Ocean Quality System) and the birth of the Ocean Explorer C-60 catamarans.
Peter died suddenly following a brain hemorrhage last January, at the age of 51.
All our condolences go to his three children, his family and associates. As for us, we have lost a real friend.
