Come and see us in Paris

Usually, the weeks leading up to the event are very busy: excitement mounts as the time grows nearer, reaching a climax on opening day, the moment for discovering new boats and products, and meeting up with many of our readers…

That’s all very well, but this year the celebrations have already been blighted by the terrible attacks in Paris, and it’s with a heavy heart that we are getting ready to set up our booth at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center.

Nevertheless we are coming. We will be there, not to make a stand - it would be conceited to imagine that resistance in the face of these barbaric acts should consist of going to a boat show - but more to show and to demonstrate that we are and continue to be alive. Just living! And that we are going to continue to live out our passions, to invite our friends for a drink and enjoy ourselves, whether it be Paris, or any other anchorage on the far side of the world.
