All the recent models offered by Sunreef have been tending towards ever more personalized and luxurious comfort and consideration of the impact of sailing on the environment... but the Polish yard also knows how to design catamarans that are 100% fun, such as the 40 Open Sunreef Power, elected Multihull of the Year in 2018.
With that same spirit of freedom and pleasure of being at sea, a bigger sibling, the 55 Open, has been designed. This new model, that was announced at FLIBS (the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show) features broken bows – traditional lower down, then inverted at the top - associated with the inverted forward face of the coachroof, ensuring a design as aggressive as it is unique. The 55 will have a large semi-open saloon and a spacious stern with two folding bulwark platforms. The 55 Open Sunreef Power is due to be built in a new shipyard in the United Arab Emirates.
