If you’re looking for a paddleboard that’s stylish and different from all the others in the anchorage, look no further than Beau Lake... This Ontario, Canada-based company specializes in (very) high-end paddleboards.
Their catalog includes The Rapid, the only touring paddle board in the collection. Its long, narrow body is made entirely of carbon fiber, a guarantee of lightness and strength. The board’s high aesthetic standards include a hollowed-out deck for optimum stability, and a veneer of Macassar ebony from Indonesia, a black and brown wood with varying degrees of grain that is very sought-after in high-end cabinetmaking. The paddleboard is then coated with a high-gloss protective layer that gives it a special shine while protecting the integrity of the wood against UV exposure. For helping maintain your course, the board features a 9-inch (23 cm) black composite fin. Each paddleboard comes with a carbon paddle that features a telescopic shaft to adapt to riders of all sizes.
