The same goes for checking the anchor or clearing a line caught in the propeller. However, the kit has got to be light in weight and available to anyone... Karbones® is offering a particularly light bottle (1 kg/2.2 lbs for the carbon version and 1.2 kg/2.65 lbs for the aluminum model). It allows you to dive to a depth of 3 m/10 feet for about ten minutes (12 with the carbon bottle). Three means of refilling are available: 15 minutes with a manual pump, 12 minutes with a mini-compressor, 3 minutes with a dive compressor.
