The Beaufort sea: the last swim of the summer?

Just before the northern hemisphere chill sets in, we couldn’t resist sharing this image with you… does cold weather have to put a stop to our multihull projects?  

Not those of the tireless Sébastien Roubinet at any rate. He’s the first person to have transited the Northwest Passage purely under sail, on board his little catamaran Babouche. During his “La Voie Du Pôle” (Heading For The Pole) project, the skipper and his crewman Rodolphe André were able to enjoy a swim in a natural swimming pool.
