Vision Yachts, a shipyard based in Knysna, South Africa, has enjoyed great success with its 444, of which 23 have already been produced. But the time has come for a new model to be developed, and this is to be the forthcoming Vision 484, of which hull #1 will be delivered next year.
Designed for ocean cruising, this new model adopts robust, proven solutions (skegs, self-tacking jib), a load capacity in excess of 4 tons and a focus on comfort and safety, with a well-protected cockpit and a bridgedeck clearance raised to 35 inches (90 cm) above the water. This catamaran, designed above all for owners, offers 3 cabins.
