With its pronounced step in the deck line, its inverted forward windows and the ski-shaped hull tunnel (bearing architectural similarities to a design seen 10 years ago on the first Bali, the 4.5), the Vandal 50 Explorer is designed to be able to sail anywhere and even take the ground without risk of damage, since its designers have opted for an outboard powertrain.
In terms of build quality, this is a sturdy boat - the reputation of Dutch shipyards being well established... The dinghy issue has been cleverly dealt with using a dedicated high-up location at the back of the enormous flybridge. Capable of reaching speeds of 45 knots, the 50 Explorer is equipped with a foil assist system that saves 30% on fuel.
The well-appointed interior layout is designed to accommodate six people in excellent comfort.
