Robertson & Caine have just launched their latest model, the Leopard 46 PC. This power catamaran is the replacement for the 43 PC, of which 139 were launched between 2015 and 2020. At 46’4” (14.13 m) overall length compared to 42’8” (13 m), and 24’1” in the beam compared to 22’1” (7.34 m/6.72 m), the 46 PC is significantly larger, offering much more comfort than her predecessor. The performance promised by the South African shipyard is in fact much closer to that of the Leopard 53 PC launched two years ago.
We particularly like the interior helm station (a feature absent from the 43 PC) for night passages sailing or simply if the weather isn’t cooperating. The interior design was entrusted to Linj Architectural Interiors. Among the evolutions, we note that the galley is closer to the cockpit and is divided into two distinct modules. The Leopard 46 PC will be presented in a world preview at the Miami Boat Show from April 16 to 20, 2022, and then in Europe at the International Multihull Show at La Grande Motte in the South of France from April 20 to 24, 2022.
